contractual relationship<\/strong><\/p><p>When you book online on the TwistedRooms website, sign in at the attraction or by visiting the OPOLUM attraction, you conclude a contract with OPOLUM by TwistedRooms Entertainment GmbH (&#8220;<strong>OPOLUM<\/strong>&#8220;), which is based on these rules and the prices from the price list. This is a contract for other services in connection with leisure activities for the provision of which a specific date has been agreed (Section 312 (2) No. 9 BGB). This means that the right of withdrawal under the Distance Selling Act is excluded for these contracts. Please note that a booked appointment is binding. This applies to online bookings as well as on-site bookings! All persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Our Indoor Escape Room requires physical activities such as crawling. Therefore, older participants in particular should be physically fit.       <\/p><p><strong>2. visit at your own risk<\/strong><\/p><p>Visiting the OPOLUM attraction is at your own risk. You will spend up to 75 minutes in windowless rooms. There is an emergency exit in every room. If you suffer from claustrophobia, epilepsy, asthma, heart disease or similar illnesses, you should not visit OPOLUM. The same applies if you have infectious diseases. Should you nevertheless visit the attraction, TwistedRooms is not liable for any damages. TwistedRooms also reserves the right to assert claims for damages in the event of interruptions due to the above-mentioned illnesses.      <\/p><p><strong>3. introduction and procedure  <\/strong><\/p><p>Please be at the attraction 15 minutes before your booked appointment. Personalized Outdoor Escape Games can have a starting point requested by the customer. The booked experience starts on time for your booked appointment.   Each visitor undertakes to keep the &#8220;puzzles&#8221; secret and not to disclose them to third parties (third parties are all those who have not yet visited the OPOLUM). At the start of the booked appointment, each visitor declares that all content is the intellectual property (IP) of TwistedRooms Entertainment GmbH and will not be copied or used by him\/her for his\/her own commercial purposes. <\/p><p><strong>4. photo and video recordings<\/strong><\/p><p>Photography and video recording are not permitted in the attraction. For safety reasons, please switch off your phone. We reserve the right to take legal action in the event of violations. Photographic recordings may be made of you and your team in the attraction. You have shown these terms and conditions to your teammates and you agree that these recordings will be published.    <\/p><p><strong>5. smoking, drugs and alcohol  <\/strong><\/p><p>Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the attraction. It is also not permitted to visit OPOLUM under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Our host on site reserves the right to refuse entry to the attraction if there is any suspicion. This is also possible if admission has already been paid for.   <\/p><p><strong>6. damage and theft<\/strong><\/p><p>No items may be stolen from the attraction. Should our staff nevertheless see something being stolen, this is theft, punishable by law and will be reported to the police. If you damage or destroy something negligently or intentionally, it must be replaced.  <\/p><p><strong>7. clothing<\/strong><\/p><p>No special clothing is required. We recommend sturdy shoes.
