The template is automatically filled in with your order with the order information “Creation date”, “Expiry date”, “Voucher value” and “Voucher code”. The “PDF template” watermark is of course not visible on your voucher. Simply select the voucher for the respective experience with the voucher value and you will receive the finished PDF to print out in the order confirmation. Have fun giving the gift.
VOUCHERS BY POST
Just like our PDF vouchers, our vouchers by post also have an individual design for each of our games. Simply select the voucher you want and add the upgrade to your shopping cart. We will then write your voucher code on the voucher and seal the envelope with real sealing wax. If you want the puzzle fun to start as soon as you give the gift, we can also wrap the voucher in a puzzle card. The recipient will then have to solve puzzles to get the voucher.

You have the option of choosing between our indoor escape room theater “Chainsaw” or our outdoor escape games “The Conspiracy” or “Illuminati”. Once you have done this, choose the number of people you would like to give away.
If you now go to the checkout and pay, you will receive your PDF voucher directly by e-mail. We will automatically fill in the voucher with “Voucher code”, “Expiry date”, “Creation date” and “Value”. You can then print out your voucher and give it as a gift.
2. book your voucher by post
Have you already added your desired voucher as a PDF to the shopping cart? Very good. Now you can choose a voucher upgrade and add it to your shopping cart. When you go to the checkout and pay, you will receive your voucher in the post.
How does it work? We take the voucher code from your order and write it on a DIN long voucher in the design of your choice and put it in a brown envelope with a gold lining. We then seal the envelope with sealing wax and our OPOLUM seal stamp. This is how you will present your voucher later. For postal delivery, the envelope is placed in a standard white envelope. The address, sender and stamp must be on it. So when the white OPOLUM envelope arrives, you can open it without hesitation.
But please note the following: Unfortunately, we do not offer Prime. We send the vouchers as quickly as possible, but it can still take a week or two for the voucher to arrive. If you need vouchers urgently, print out our high-quality PDF vouchers directly.
Frequently asked questions about the Escape Room Hamburg voucher
Your voucher is enclosed in a puzzle card. The recipient must now solve the individual puzzles on the card and can gradually solve the seals in order to receive the voucher at the end. The puzzle card itself naturally also comes in our OPOLUM envelope and is sealed with sealing wax and our seal stamp. For postal delivery, the envelope comes in a conventional white envelope with a postal address and stamp. You can open it without hesitation upon receipt.
We send out our vouchers regularly. Usually once or twice a week. Nevertheless, please be prepared for a maximum delivery time of 2 weeks. We don’t want you to be disappointed. If in doubt, simply print out the voucher as a PDF. We have extra high quality designs.
We send envelopes and parcels with the German postal service without tracking. In individual cases it can happen that vouchers are “wasted” by the German postal service. We have no influence on this. Please bear this minimal risk in mind when purchasing. We will then immediately send a new envelope with the same voucher code. However, it may take several days for the voucher to reach you. We therefore recommend that you order in good time.
