Solve tricky puzzles
The highlight of our tours is of course the exciting puzzles, where the school classes have to take a very close look at the city. Because there are hidden clues everywhere that have to be discovered. This is the only way to solve all the puzzles at the end. Teamwork and communication are the key to success.
We have prepared different types of puzzles for the students for your school trip to Hamburg. There is something for everyone. All puzzles are absolutely solvable. No student has to solve complicated math problems. That’s a promise. And if the class gets stuck, help is also available via the tablet. The focus here is absolutely on fun.
Sightseeing
If your school trip has Hamburg as its destination, you will of course want to see something of the city you are in. A guided tour, boat trip or bus tour is too boring for many students. Many want to discover the city on their own and have fun in the process. That’s why we have developed our Outdoor Escape Rooms.
In our outdoor escape game “The Conspiracy“, you explore the Speicherstadt as a school class. Take a look at exciting places such as the moated castle, boiler house or the most famous photo spot in the Speicherstadt. There is also a detour to the last houses of the historic old town, the Seven Sisters and, if desired, the Elbphilharmonie concert hall.
Our “Illuminati” tour takes you into the city center. We take you to important places such as the town hall, the cathedral square, Störtebeker’s treasure and St. Annenplatz between the Speicherstadt and Hafencity.

In our Outdoor Escape “The Conspiracy“, students have to solve puzzles in order to unlock knowledge as a reward. In our outdoor escape “Illuminati“, the students have a virtual historian with them who tells very exciting stories in audio form.
On our tours, students learn why the Speicherstadt was in danger of collapsing in 2023, what the historic firestorms were all about, what “Operation Gomorrah” of the U.S. Air Force was, why Hamburg is actually called Hamburg and much more. Game modes for the Hamburg school trip to the Escape Room
Battle mode
For your school trip in Hamburg, we can call out the merciless battle mode in our games! The school class plays our Outdoor Escape Rooms in teams of 6 against each other on two routes.
Who will be the first team to make it back to our location? Incentive and motivation will inspire the students. The time will fly by.
Teamwork and socializing
You’d rather take it easy? You can also play “The Conspiracy” together. You play in teams of 6, but wait for the other groups at each station. This way you can experience the whole tour together.
With “Illuminati” you can choose a modified version of the game at no extra charge. The students then receive slightly different information on two routes. At the end of the tour, all students have to exchange the information they have gathered in order to be able to name the murderer and the motive. This creates a bond and keeps everyone talking for a long time.
All information about the Hamburg school trip in the Escape Room
We meet with the students at our location: Alter Wandrahm 7, 20457 HH on the 4th floor. Right next to the dialog in the dark and the mirror building. Our staff will explain everything important about the process in advance. What to look out for, how the game works, how best to solve puzzles as a team and what the aim of the Outdoor Escape Room for school classes is.
Before going out into the fresh air, all students are welcome to use our toilets. This is rather difficult on the tour. Our outdoor escape games have no time limit. On average, the tours last 2-2.5 hours. The game also ends back at our storage facility. The tablet and puzzle bag are returned and we have a short debriefing and farewell.
The program for school classes is usually tightly organized. That’s why we offer flexible play dates for school classes seven days a week. We even try to make outdoor games possible on our rest days on Mondays and Tuesdays. Plan your school trip in Hamburg and see when our outdoor escape game fits perfectly into your plans. The preferred option for our school classes: We reserve your preferred date for you. You then pay for the real persons on site by EC or credit card. This gives you maximum flexibility and prevents you from paying for too many people. Because there is one thing to bear in mind: Purchased tickets cannot be canceled with us. If you would like to pay in advance, we therefore recommend that you pay a few students less. If necessary, you can still pay for them on site. No, our Escape Room Theater “Chainsaw” cannot be played by school classes due to space restrictions.
