Essentially, an outdoor escape game is nothing more than a modern form of scavenger hunt that also makes use of all digital aids.
The ingenious puzzles are not to be solved in spooky rooms, but in the fresh air – but are of course just as exciting and entertaining and guarantee unforgettable experiences! The big difference is that here it’s not just one room or one building that becomes your playing field, but the entire warehouse district.

Most people have only known outdoor escape games as a leisure activity for sunshine and warm temperatures. Now the days are getting shorter, it’s getting colder and outdoor activities are primarily associated with winter sports and Christmas markets with mulled wine.
But our creative and always positive-minded game developers have recognized a decisive advantage in the supposed disadvantage of winter: It gets dark much earlier and the darkness completely changes the feel of an outdoor escape game.
Because now new gadgets come into play that put you in the role of a real secret agent: The night vision equipment! Like James Bond, you can suddenly see all the clues in the dark as if it were daylight!

This event breaks all records! We sold out six events in November and December in a very short time! The six additional events in January were almost sold out in two weeks! You guys are absolutely amazing! In January we have added another event on Saturday, January 28th. In addition, the last six dates for this winter season are in February! We look forward to seeing you! Until now, you’ve been playing outdoor escape games on your own with the help of a tablet PC and your team. In winter, however, it will be really exciting outdoors in the dark Speicherstadt!
Because now the actors are also coming to life outside and are actively involved in the exciting story! You and your inspector will solve a dangerous case along the way. The masked figures of the Golden Guard can appear at any time! So you have to be extremely careful!
But don’t worry, it won’t be really scary, but it will be very exciting! The interactions with the actors take the outdoor escape games to a whole new level of excitement and adventure!
Two game variants: Something for everyone!
With 30 people, you’re probably wondering how an event like this works? You all start together in your groups on the same route. For connoisseurs, we offer you an accompaniment by Commissioner Winters on the first section of the route. This is optional. Stroll through the dark warehouse district with our successful detective and experience a very special improvisation tailored to each group. In the second section, the paths separate and you will meet other actors.
Do you want to play battle mode and be the first team back at our location? Then you can leave Commissioner Winters and the other investigators behind you from the start. Actors are placed along the way who play individually for each group.
This means you won’t be running around with 30 people the whole time. You set your own pace independently of the other groups.

Right – there was that thing with the cold! Well, unfortunately that’s true! It’s getting cold outside. But we wouldn’t be the OPOLUM if we hadn’t found a suitable solution for that too:
We’ll give you mulled wine or punch to take with you on your way and if the mulled wine runs out too early, keep an eye out for masked figures. Sometimes they have hot mulled wine with them. You can also borrow gloves from us free of charge. We’ll make sure you always stay at operating temperature with plenty of hot mulled wine and warm hands!

Our Outdoor Escape Game: “The Conspiracy” lasts approx. 3.0 hours including welcome and farewell. Pure playing time is approx. 1.5h – 2h.
