Your mission: to save the world!
OPOLUM – your steam punk adventure in a Hamburg like you’ve never seen before. With air harbor facilities, flying ships and lots of interaction and high tension! But this world is in danger, because in the darkness, evil is inexorably feeding on the new technologies!
We need you for a delicate and extremely risky mission that will take you to London, the epicenter of evil machinations. But be warned; your first task will not be an easy one. You and your group of chosen ones must be smuggled to London undetected on an airship. An experienced loading master on board will help you.
But beware! Evil is cunning and has its eyes everywhere, and you will find out whether you will arrive safely in London and what tasks and challenges await you there. Hopefully.
Imagine ... there were air port facilities in the Speicherstadt!
Air port facilities? You read that right! The story in OPOLUM Adventure takes place in a world that could have been real in many a fantasy. Our story begins in a warehouse beneath such an air harbor facility. But what is an air port facility and what purpose does it serve in the warehouse district?
The idea is simple: port facilities limited by seas and rivers should be able to be built anywhere where there is a high volume of trade and goods. To solve the problem, the port was moved into the air: Floating plateaus were erected at a height of 250 meters, where flying seagoing vessels could dock and load and unload goods. Sounds surreal? Not in OPOLUM!
Imagine you are strolling through the Speicherstadt. Far above the rooftops, the airport complex hovers and casts its shadow over the narrow streets. You have booked a trip to London and a little later you are sitting in the departure lounge full of anticipation and excitement.
But then the story takes an unexpected turn when you suddenly find yourself in the top-secret Gate 0. What does this mean?

Flying ships? You read that right. But why do ships fly?
The idea was simple: routes defined by seas and rivers were to be reached by air at three times the speed. However, aviation research was still in its infancy at the time. For this reason, the tried and tested seagoing vessels were simply attached to balloons and turned into flying ships.
Imagine you are looking forward to your first flight on an airship like a little child. You have booked a beautiful cabin and the social program on board should be fantastic. But then the story takes an unexpected turn when you suddenly find yourself in a cargo hold in the hull of the ship. What does this mean?
